If you have landed on our partnership page, you have probably wondered the same thing every fleet manager and property owner in Pittsburgh wonders: "Okay, I fill out the form. Then what?"
Fair question. Most vendors leave that part vague on purpose. We don't. Here is exactly what happens after you hit "Submit Partnership Request," whether you run a fleet, manage an apartment community, or operate a local non profit.
First, a quick note for non profits
We keep our non profit involvement simple and low friction. We don't run a formal onboarding program for non profits, but we do support local organizations through occasional donated services, community event sponsorships, and discounted rates on individual details for staff and volunteers. If you are a Pittsburgh area non profit, reach out with what you are trying to accomplish and we will tell you honestly what we can offer. No long process, no committee. Just a conversation.
For fleets and apartment communities, here is the full picture.
Fleet Owners and Apartment Communities: The 6 Step Onboarding
01. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Within a couple business days of your submission, we send over a simple Memorandum of Understanding. This isnt a 40 page contract written by a lawyer who has never seen a service van. It is a one page document that spells out what we are going to do, what the pricing looks like, and what is expected on both sides. You review it, ask questions, and sign when you are ready. If something doesn't fit your operation, we adjust it.
02. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Once the MOU is signed, we issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your property or company as an additional insured. This is the document your risk team or property manager will ask for. We handle the request directly with our insurance carrier and get it to you within one business day.
03. Custom Marketing Assets
Before launch, we build you a set of branded marketing assets. For apartments, that means flyers your leasing office can hand out, digital graphics for resident emails and Instagram, and a QR code that drops residents straight into our booking flow with your community discount already applied. For fleets, it is signage, a recurring service schedule your drivers can reference, and a single point of contact for any service questions. Everything carries both logos. You look professional, and your residents or drivers know this is an official perk.
04. Partnership Launch Event
We dont just show up one Tuesday and start washing cars. We come out for a proper launch. For apartments, that usually looks like a resident appreciation morning where we set up in the parking lot, hand out coffee, take vehicles for a free quick rinse, and meet your residents face to face. For fleets, it is a kickoff where we meet your drivers, walk through the schedule, and answer questions. Your team gets to see who we are before we ever touch a vehicle.
05. Complimentary On Site Demonstration
Before any of the above, if you want to see our work before signing anything, just ask. We will bring a unit to your property or yard and detail one vehicle on the house. You watch our zero runoff setup, see how clean the surrounding area stays, and decide for yourself whether this is the level of service you want representing your brand.
06. Ongoing Community Perks and Promotions
The partnership doesn't end at launch. Throughout the year, we roll out seasonal perks for your residents or drivers. Spring salt removal specials, summer interior refreshes, winter prep packages, holiday gift card promotions. Your community or fleet gets first access and partner only pricing on all of it. You don't have to manage any of it. We send you the assets, you forward them along.
How Long Does All This Take?
From submitted request to first vehicle serviced, most partnerships are fully launched within two to three weeks. If you need it faster, tell us. We have onboarded fleets in under a week when the timing called for it.
Ready When You Are
If you have been on the fence about reaching out because you weren't sure what you were signing up for, hopefully this clears it up. Fill out the partnership form, or call us directly at (412) 4751960. We will take it from there.
